PeekVPN does not inspect or analyze the contents of users' internet traffic.

PeekVPN is offered as a paid subscription. Payments are processed by our authorized payment partners.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the selected plan until the subscription is cancelled. Prices, billing cycles, and features are displayed at checkout and may change from time to time.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds, if applicable, are provided strictly in accordance with the refund terms presented at the time of purchase. Abuse of refund policies may result in suspension or termination of the account.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

you breach these Terms;

your use of the Service poses legal, security, or operational risks;

required by law or regulatory authorities.

Termination does not entitle you to any refund unless required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
