PeekVPN (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a Windows application that enables VPN connections between users. We are committed to protecting your privacy and collecting only the minimum amount of data required for the app to function properly.

1.1. Information You Provide

To use PeekVPN , you voluntarily provide the following information:

Name

Email address

These details are used exclusively for account creation, authentication, and access to paid features.

1.2. Information We Do Not Collect

PeekVPN does NOT collect or store:

IP addresses

VPN traffic content

Connection timestamps

Session metadata

Device identifiers

Usage logs

PeekVPN operates with a strict no-log policy. We do not monitor, store, or inspect the data you transmit through the VPN tunnel.

1.3. Automatically Collected Diagnostic Data

PeekVPN only collects crash and error diagnostics, such as:

Application errors

Stack traces

Basic environment information (Windows version, app version)

This information is sent to Sentry.io for the sole purpose of improving application stability.

We do not collect analytics, behavioral data, tracking data, or any form of advertising identifiers.

We use collected information only for:

User authentication

Providing access to paid features

Diagnosing and fixing application errors

Ensuring secure operation of the service

We do not use your data for marketing, advertising, profiling, or third-party analytics.

PeekVPN relies on the following third-party services:

Cloudflare

Used for secure network infrastructure and delivery of updates. Cloudflare does not have access to VPN traffic.

Sentry (sentry.io)

Used for crash reporting. Contains only diagnostic error information.

We do not share your Name or Email with third parties unless required for core functionality (for example, an identifier may appear in crash logs if it was part of an error message).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

We store only:

We do not store any connection logs or network activity.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all stored personal information by contacting:

Once your data is deleted, you will lose access to PeekVPN services and paid features.

We take privacy and security seriously. PeekVPN implements:

TLS encryption for all server communication

Strict no-log architecture

Direct P2P connections (VPN traffic does not pass through our servers)

Secure infrastructure provided by Cloudflare

PeekVPN never inspects or processes the contents of your VPN tunneling traffic.

PeekVPN is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age required by local laws (typically 16 or 18). Parents may request deletion of a child’s data at the contact email listed above.

PeekVPN collects only the minimum information required for service functionality and does not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.
